Insurance Reimbursement Eligible.

The Oncologic Athlete is not contracted with any insurance providers. However, we verify your out-of-network benefits and can provide you with documentation to submit for reimbursement. How much you are reimbursed varies by what state you live in and your specific health insurance plan.

If you have an HMO plan, services will be self-pay. We are not enrolled in, and cannot provide care for, Medicaid or Medi-Cal patients. We are also not covered by Medicare or any Medicare-related insurance plans. Medicare beneficiaries may participate as self-pay clients, but are not permitted to submit claims for reimbursement of services, prescriptions, or associated care provided by The Oncologic Athlete.
