The Oncologic Athlete is not contracted with any insurance providers. However, we verify your out-of-network benefits and can provide you with documentation to submit for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan; deductibles, coinsurance, and copays may still apply.

If you have an HMO plan, services will be self-pay. We are not enrolled in, and cannot provide care for, Medicaid or Medi-Cal patients—even on a self-pay basis.

We are also not covered by Medicare or any Medicare-related insurance plans. Medicare beneficiaries may participate as self-pay clients, but are not permitted to submit claims for reimbursement of services, prescriptions, or associated care provided by The Oncologic Athlete.
